Holistic Hatha Yoga & Relaxation
That’s Right for You
Holistic classes designed to bring balance, calm, and improved sleep.
Each session supports flexibility, posture, and overall body strength while helping to ease existing injuries—such as lower‑back discomfort—and leaving you with a lasting sense of wellbeing.
Everyone is welcome.
Teenagers, beginners, returning practitioners, and adults of all ages and abilities can feel at home with my on-line videos via the www.yogabee.co.uk website or in person classes at the Harbour Spa.

Your Classes
Adult Hatha Yoga

I trained for nearly four years with the British Wheel of Yoga before setting up YogaBee, and I continue to complete annual professional development to maintain and deepen my qualifications.
Yoga is a personal, non‑competitive practice that truly is for everyone.
Every posture can be adapted with variations and modifications, allowing each person to work at their own pace and enjoy the full benefits of yoga.
My classes weave together all aspects of yoga—meditation, mindfulness, breathing practices, posture work, and guided relaxation—so you experience a complete, holistic session that supports both body and mind. Each class ends with a deep, restorative relaxation.

School-Age Children's Yoga

Children are invited to travel as far as their imaginations can take them. Traditional yoga postures, breathing techniques, mindfulness exercises, and relaxation are woven into interactive adventures where they might meet mystical dragons, fly on giant multi‑coloured birds, or surf down shimmering rainbows.
Along the way, children create their own vinyasas and relaxations, act out stories, invent new ones, and enjoy fun yoga‑based games. Each class ends with a calming relaxation and soothing lavender eye pillows.
Why yoga helps children thrive
A growing body of research highlights the many benefits of yoga for young people, including:
-
Release of day‑to‑day anxieties
-
Improved self‑esteem and confidence
-
Better sleep patterns
-
Healthy posture development
-
Stronger muscles
-
Support in coping with the pressures of a fast‑paced, “hurry‑up” world
I am also available for private sessions, small group classes, and workshops

When this body has been so magnificently and artistically created, it is only fitting that we should maintain it in good health and harmony by the most excellent and artistic science of Yoga
